Shipping Policy

Shipping within the continental United States

Orders ship from Nanuet, New York 10954 using USPS standard shipping.

• In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the available USPS rate is calculated at checkout using the order and delivery address.
• Tracking information will be sent when the order ships.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather or carrier delays.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email support@scubascreen.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once an order is being packed or has shipped.

Please review the delivery address carefully before placing an order. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
