Shipping, Customs & Duties

International distribution is something we are working towards with great shipping partners.

International freight does come with its own set of legal challenges and we cannot mark any item as a 'gift' or as other items. It is illegal to do so.

For our USA customers there is no duty to be paid on any purchases. 

For other countries please note that there could be import duties and taxes and that these are NOT INCLUDED in our price.

These charges vary by country and are not in our control.

We ship ScubaScreen products all over the world and it is impossible for us to build the various customs charges into our website.

You can use this tool as estimates when determining additional costs in receiving our products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMER, SHIPPING, RETURNS, WARRANTEE AND MORE

In these terms and conditions, unless specifically stated otherwise:

“We” or "us" shall mean ScubaScreen Limited, trading as ScubaScreen, and "you" or "your" shall mean the customer; and

products" means the products offered by us for purchase on the ScubaScreen.com website from time to time.

1. Prices
2. Subject to the provisions of clause 4 below, the price of each ScubaScreen product is displayed on the ScubaScreen website alongside the product concerned and is quoted in one of the selected currencies (see currency selector in footer menu). In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.
3. Prices displayed exclude VAT and local duties and are subject to change from time to time. Prices charged to you upon placement of an order will be charged exclusive of VAT and delivery charges, if applicable.
4. We shall make all reasonable efforts to procure that the prices displayed on the ScubaScreen website are correct as at the time of display.
5. In the event that products are displayed alongside incorrect prices, however, we will not be obliged to sell the products in question at the prices alongside which they were displayed, but shall only be liable to refund to you the difference between the correct price and the price at which the products were purchased, where the purchase price paid exceeded the correct price.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS

By Accepting these terms and conditions, you accept that:

- You understand that there may be customs and duties charges

- If you do not pay your local customs and duties, your package will be returned to us

- We have the right to refund you, less all handling, shipping and disbursement costs if you reject the customs charges when it gets to your country.

Please bear in mind we do not have any control on the above-mentioned taxes and duties (If applicable) and need to make our customers aware of any potential charges they may incur.

So to be clear, all prices exclude your local taxes and duties for countries outside of the USA, please check your local taxes and duties before placing your order. 

We cover all shipping costs but do not cover local taxes (such as VAT, customs duties ect). 

We offer a variety of different shipping options to suit your needs: These prices are estimated prices, if you are in an outlying area we will contact you with a screenshot of the costing we have been sent, if there is an additional amount due above what has been paid, we reserve the right to request additional payment or for us to send the package to a more central location. 

If you are unhappy with this delivery cost we can refund you in full before the order has been sent.

1. DELIVERIES

We shall use our best endeavors to ensure that all products purchased on the ScubaScreen website:

By placing an order, you understand and agree that any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address nominated by you to us, shall be conclusively presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.

Should no one be in attendance at your nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, the products will be retained by us and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect with further instructions. These instructions will be local to you and should be your first point of contact before reaching out to ScubaScreen. 

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should we be required to make a further delivery if no one is at your nominated delivery address to receive the products.   

Our liability for failing to deliver the products on the agreed delivery day, or at all, is limited to ensuring that the products are delivered at a later agreed time at no additional charge to you.

You are obliged to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address during the agreed delivery day and that appropriate access to the delivery address will be made available to the delivery person.

Any person accepting delivery of the products at the delivery address nominated by you may be requested to confirm his/her acceptance of the products, and that the products were in a satisfactory condition by signing & printing his/her name on the accompanying delivery slip, failing which the products shall not be released into his/her custody. 

Should you instruct us to make delivery to any person or address other than the person or address originally nominated by you for delivery (for instance, to a neighbour), we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, or for any discrepancy in the order, arising out of delivery to such alternative person or address.

By purchasing items from ScubaScreen, you acknowledge that ScubaScreen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please refer to your tracking number to get details of where your shipment is. If your package shows it was successfully delivered, and you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. 

ScubaScreen is not liable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.
