Where does ScubaScreen ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. Orders are fulfilled from Nanuet, New York 10954.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. For smaller orders, your USPS shipping rate is calculated at checkout using your order and delivery address.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. USPS transit time begins after your order has been processed, and tracking will be emailed when it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@scubascreen.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is being packed or has shipped.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately. If your parcel is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
Returns and order problems
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene, safety and product integrity, ScubaScreen cosmetic and personal-care products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete?
Email support@scubascreen.com within seven calendar days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. Include your order number, the email used for your order, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. We aim to respond within three business days.
Will I receive a replacement or a refund?
Our normal first step is to replace an eligible item at no additional cost. You may request a refund instead. If a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my parcel?
First check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with your local USPS office. If it is still missing, email support@scubascreen.com within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan.
What if my parcel never arrives?
If tracking does not show delivery, contact us once the parcel is seven calendar days beyond the carrier's estimated delivery date. We may need to open a carrier investigation before approving a replacement or refund.
What if I purchased from a dive shop or another retailer?
Please contact the original retailer first with your proof of purchase because its return and order-support process applies. ScubaScreen may assist with a genuine product defect where appropriate.
Sunscreen and diving
Does ScubaScreen Mineral Sunscreen leave a white cast?
The mineral formula is designed to go on clear. Shake well, spray onto the skin and rub it in thoroughly, following all directions and Drug Facts on the package.
What is the Save-A-Dive O-ring?
Each bottle incorporates a standard tank-valve O-ring into its valve design, keeping a spare close to hand in your dive kit. The O-ring is intended for recreational yoke setups only. It is not intended for technical diving or use with gas blends.
Is the sunscreen water resistant?
Yes. ScubaScreen Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or perspiration, immediately after towel drying, and at least every two hours. Always follow the Drug Facts on the package.
Does the sunscreen contain oxybenzone or octinoxate?
No. The mineral formula is made without oxybenzone or octinoxate and is Hawaii Act 104 compliant.
Is it travel friendly?
Yes. The compact bottle is easy to pack for liveaboards, dive bags, gear bags and carry-on travel. Always confirm the current rules for your airline, airport and destination before traveling.

What gives AWASH and Wreck Repair their Mojito scent?

Is AWASH for hair or body?
Both. AWASH works into a rich lather for hair and body, with aloe and an invigorating Mojito scent. Its concentrated formula means a little goes a long way.
Do I rinse out Wreck Repair?
No. Work a small amount through clean, damp hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Gently comb through and leave in.
